We had a day trip planned for Niagara Falls . Since we were unfamiliar with the area Ben helped us plan the itinerary based on our interest in various activities and proximity. He was on time picking us up from our hotel close to YYZ. During the day our family changed our minds multiple times in terms of what we wanted to do but Ben was flexible.
